Who We're Looking For

We are looking for people who take pride in their work, enjoy physical and outdoor work, and genuinely care about providing great service.

You do not need previous experience. We provide the training, equipment, technology, and support you need to be successful.

We are especially interested in candidates who are dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, willing to learn, and comfortable working as part of a team.

We would like qualified candidates to begin training immediately. This is primarily a seasonal position for our Holiday Lighting season, with the possibility of becoming a permanent position for the right candidate.

What You'll Do

As a Shine Technician, your responsibilities may include:

Installing and removing holiday lightingGutter cleaningAssisting the Crew Leader with daily assignmentsManaging your time efficiently throughout the workdayProviding friendly, professional customer serviceCommunicating with customers in person and by phone when neededProblem-solving and adapting to changing job-site conditionsUsing basic phone apps and computer programs for communication and timekeepingMaintaining communication with your Crew Leader and office teamCleaning and properly maintaining equipment and workspacesFollowing all company safety proceduresAssisting with inventoryHelping maintain the shop and office as neededSupporting other company operations as assigned

There may also be opportunities to take on additional responsibilities and grow within the company based on your performance, interests, and skills.

Schedule

Full-time seasonal position.

Typical schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed.

Our Holiday Lighting season generally runs from late September through mid-December.

Experience

No previous experience is required.

We provide paid training and will teach you the skills necessary to succeed.

Pay

$16.00-$18.00 per hour, paid weekly.

Starting pay is based on experience, qualifications, and applicable skills.
