Client Care Coordinator

InvoCare is an industry leader within the funeral industry, we currently operate over 300 funeral locations, 17 cemeteries and 29 crematoria, throughout Australia, New Zealand and Singapore and growing.

·       Provide professional pet aftercare services with compassion and empathy

·       Manage client enquiries across various platforms

·       Coordinate information between client care, preparation, operation, and cremation teams for smooth service delivery

·       Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professional and empathy

·       Prepare client viewing rooms and ensure its up to high standards

·       Manage client payments across multiple platforms

·       Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information

About you:

·       Exceptional customer service skills, you are an effective and clear communicator

·       Intermediate Microsoft suit experience

·       Strong organisation skills and thrive in a clean and tidy environment

·       An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner as and when required

·       Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks at a fast-paced environment
