Dough Mixer

About the role

As a Dough Mixer, you will be responsible for accurately preparing ingredients and mixing dough to recipe specifications, ensuring consistency, quality and efficient production.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately weigh and prepare ingredients according to production recipes.
• Mix dough to specification and ensure consistent quality.
• Monitor dough consistency and make adjustments where required.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organised production area.
• Work effectively as part of a production team.

About you

• Commercial bakery or food manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Reliable, punctual and committed to producing high-quality work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and processes.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced commercial production environment.
• Forklift licence is preferred, but not essential.
