HR Driver – Gladstone Region
Engage is currently seeking experienced HR Drivers
This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a positive attitude, strong work ethic and a reliable approach to work. You’ll need to be comfortable getting out of the truck and assisting with on-site duties when required.

• Pay rate: $47.49 + Penalties
• Immediate start for the right candidate
• Monday-Friday with the opportunity of overtime
• Hours of work: 6am-2:30pm
• Ongoing and casual opportunities.
• Opportunities to work with reputable clients across the Gladstone region.
• Variety of driving and hands-on site-based work.

About the Role

• Safely operate HR vehicles in accordance with company and site requirements.
• Perform manual labouring duties as required.
• Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment.
• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and company policies.
• Work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain a professional and safety-focused approach at all times.

To Be Successful, You Will Have

• Current HR Driver Licence (essential)
• White Card (essential)
• Hook Truck driving experience (preferred)
• Previous labouring, civil, construction or industrial experience.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Reliable transport and a strong work ethic.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
• A willingness to undertake physical labour and assist wherever required.
• Ability to pass pre-employment medicals and drug & alcohol screening.
