About the role
Role Status: Full-time temporary vacancy available until 29 October 2027Remuneration: ASO7 ($116,089 - $125,490) plus 12% superannuation
Role Details:As a Data Governance Lead based in Adelaide, you will maintain high-quality data to strengthen accurate reporting processes and operational decision-making. This analytical role will be driven by your professional consultation and exemplary stakeholder engagement. Your oversight of data governance frameworks and projects will ensure data is managed as an important organisational asset. Implement your critical thinking and high interpersonal skills to lead expert data analysis that will drive DCP’s data governance capabilities.
Desirable Qualifications:Tertiary qualification(s) in Information Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Technology, or related discipline
In this role, you will:Oversee the delivery of complex data governance and data management projectsManage the employment of data management instruments and technologies to transform data into a strategic assetOffer consultation to technical and non-technical staff to identify and control issues through evidence-based decision-makingImplement and pioneer processes surrounding data collection, sharing, utilisation and storageProduce expert assessments and reports based on sound investigative gathering and analysis of data governance and related responsibilities.
About you: You possess sound knowledge of data governance frameworks and operating modelsYou are competent in handling complex compliance monitoring and data quality programsYou have exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with stakeholders and maintain collaborative partnershipsYou can operate efficiently under broad direction and use initiative to promptly resolve issuesYou showcase high-level mentorship capabilities to foster a culture of positivity and teamwork.
