About The Company
Spot4you & Spot4kids has over 30 years of experience providing exceptional Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology services to our clients. Our therapists are primarily mobile therapists, servicing clients in their school, day care, nursing home or home environments.

My Aged Care home support assessments
Independent (comprehensive) Assessments Trial

and many workforce assessments
We work extensively with Aboriginal Medical Centres and in rural indigenous communities, conduct functional capacity assessments, do significant locum/ fly in/fly out work and deliver education and training programs to schools, preschools and other organisations.

About The Opportunity
We are looking for a Speech Pathologist to join our company in the Northern Rivers NSW region with the potential to earn a new grad package starting at $90,000 per annum.
New graduates are encouraged to apply. There are full or part-time and job share opportunities available.
The primary purpose of this position is to work predominantly with children, providing screening and assessments, individual and group therapy, teletherapy, and education in Brisbane and surrounds.
The role will suit a Speech Pathologist with a particular interest in working with young children with additional needs, and their families, but who is also looking for a diverse range of experience.
About You
The successful candidate will be a Qualified Speech Pathologist:
Additionally, you will have:
Speech Pathology Australia Certified Practising registration
A current Drivers Licence and reliable vehicle
A current WWC, blue card and laptop
The ability to work independently and efficiently
Excellent communication, time management, and client management skills

In addition to qualified therapists, we are also looking to appoint an Allied Health Assistant or Speech Pathology Aide to service this area providing mobile therapy services to new clients and an established caseload within the same populations.
This role would suit those currently studying in the Allied Health Sciences seeking part time or casual employment. This role would give you the opportunity to kick start your career early, working with experienced therapists and potentially securing employment as a qualified therapist at the end of your studies.
Requirements for this role include:
- SP/OT student/undergraduate; or
- Certificate IV in Allied Health Assistance/relevant qualification or willingness to complete this training within two years of commencement; or
- SP with lapsed registration; or
- SP from overseas or previous relevant experience in allied health aide work.
