Automotive Business Manager (Finance and Insurance)

An exciting opportunity has arised for a driven and customer-focused Automotive Business Manager to join our high-performing sales team.

Requirements of the position:

• Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional and consultative manner

• Achieve finance penetration, insurance and profitability targets

• Prepare and submit finance applications accurately and efficiently

• Maintain strong relationships with lenders and business partners

• Ensure full compliance with all financier and regulatory requirements

• Deliver an exceptional end-to-end customer experience

• Support the sales team to maximise dealership performance

• Maintain accurate customer records and reporting through dealership systems

• Assist with the settlement of vehicle purchases

• Provide support to the Sales and Finance team as required

Requirements:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Business Manager

• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

• Strong knowledge of automotive finance and insurance processes

• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

• High attention to detail and strong organisational ability

• Professional presentation and customer-first attitude

• 100% compliance with all relevant financiers and current accreditation requirements

• Valid WA drivers Licence
