The Kooralbyn Valley Resort is looking for a talented Chef or Experienced Cook to join our team. If you are passionate about food, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and enjoy working in a supportive team environment, we want to hear from you!

What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience as a chef or cook in a busy kitchen
Knowledge of safe food handling practices
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and organisational skills
A passion for delivering quality meals to guests
Duties Include:
Preparing and cooking meals for restaurant service, events, and functions
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Contributing to menu development and daily specials
Assisting with stock rotation, ordering, and kitchen organisation
