Factory Supervisor - Night Shift

Our night shift runs from 2:00 pm to midnight, Monday to Thursday, which means our crew enjoy a sleep-in every day and a long weekend every week!

Our work doesn't stop, with our factory running from 6am to midnight as we manufacture high-quality products that bring comfort, style and functionality to homes across the country.

We’re looking for an experienced supervisor to lead and support our night shift team through strong people leadership, operational excellence and a genuine commitment to safety.

About the role

You'll be responsible for keeping the factory running safely, efficiently and on schedule.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Coordinating production and workflow to deliver quality orders on time, every time.

• Leading the production team - running toolbox talks and building capability.

• Monitoring quality, stock usage and waste throughout the production process.

• Promoting a strong safety culture, maintaining equipment and responding to hazards.

• Keeping the factory floor clean, organised and ready for production.

• Identifying and implementing practical improvements to safety, quality and productivity.

About you

You'll be a practical leader who enjoys being on the factory floor and leading by example.

You'll bring:

• Experience working in manufacturing and/or factory environments

• Strong people leadership skills

• A hands-on, solutions-focused approach

• A commitment to quality and safety

• The ability to keep production moving under pressure

Experience in blinds, awnings, aluminium fabrication or a similar manufacturing environment will be highly regarded but is not essential.
