Maintenance Officer - 3 month contract

• Providing quality building maintenance and gardening services which meet statutory requirements and Resident. 
  
• Providing administration and reporting functions in line with the organisations policies and processes.

Requirements

• Appropriate trade qualifications and/or experience in Property/Building maintenance Demonstrated supervisory experience of contractors.
  
• Current C-Class NSW Driver License.
  
• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
  
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word/Excel/Outlook).
  
• Demonstrated ability to identify customer requirements, alter services in response to identified needs, and evaluate customer satisfaction.
  
• Willing and able to work within a Christian context and the organisations philosophies, vision and values. Meet the physical requirements of the role.
  
• Willingness to obtain and maintain a current senior first aid certificate.
  
• Possess a current Criminal History Check suitable for aged care (or willingness to obtain
