Customer Service Assistant

Housing Plus is a leading NFP Community Services Provider with a 40 year history, providing housing, domestic violence, homelessness and other community services in NSW. We have a role available for a full-time Customer Service Assistant to be based in our Mudgee or Bathurst office.

The Customer Service Assistant will be highly organised, customer-focused and provide a broad range of tenancy and property management services for a portfolio of Social and Affordable homes.

Specific responsibilities include maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within our housing management system, responding to and following up client enquiries, supporting tenant engagement initiatives, delivering exceptional customer service, and providing high-quality administrative support to the Housing Services team.

To succeed in this role, you will demonstrate:

• Strong administrative, planning, and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• A commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and building positive relationships.

• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Experience in tenancy and property management and/or the community services sector is highly regarded.

You will also need a current drivers licence, ability to obtain a Police Check and Working With Children Check.

This is a full-time position of 76 hours per fortnight. 

The Customer Services Assistant is classified as a Level 3.1 under the SCHADS Award, which equates to $40.49 per hour
