Nulsen is seeking an experienced Clinical Trainer and Assessor to design, deliver and assess practical, health-related training for employees supporting people with disability. This is an opportunity to use your clinical knowledge in a role that directly strengthens employee capability, participant safety and service quality.

We provide Supported Independent Living services across SDA and non-SDA homes, together with allied health and participant engagement services. Many of the people we support have complex disability and require skilled, consistent and person-centred support.

About the role
Reporting to the Coordinator, Learning and Development, the Clinical Trainer and Assessor will develop, deliver and administer health-related training and competency assessments for employees providing day-to-day support to people with disability.
Working closely with Nulsen’s nursing, Learning and Development and operational teams, you will ensure training is practical, contemporary and relevant to the needs of employees and the people we support.
