Montessori Care is a registered NDIS and aged care provider based in Summer Hill, Sydney. We are looking for an organised and reliable Rostering Coordinator to join our operations team and keep our support worker schedules running smoothly across Sydney and NSW.
About the Role
You will coordinate the day-to-day rostering of support workers across our client portfolio, ensuring shifts are filled accurately, on time, and in line with client care requirements and award conditions.
You will be the operational backbone that keeps our support workers connected to the clients who need them.

Salary
Based on level of experience and candidate fit in accordance with the SCHADS Award 2010. Part-time and casual opportunities also offered for the right candidate.
