Salary: From $115,452.33 base salary + super (based on experience)

Why This Role Is Important
As the City’s Community Insights Officer, you’ll be central to the City’s continued journey to listen and respond with a local focus. In this role you’ll lead the combining and analysing community engagement and other data to understand context, develop actionable insights and embed evidence-informed project design and decision-making into organisational practice.
You’ll help drive the ‘Locally-led Stirling’ and ‘Living Locally’ initiatives, ensuring our community engagement is place-based, collaborative, and genuinely responsive to local priorities. Your efforts will help us “do better” community engagement, making sure every voice is heard and every insight counts.
