About the Role
We're looking for dedicated Registered Nurses to join our team and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. Working within a supportive and collaborative care environment, you'll deliver high-quality, person-centred clinical care while building strong relationships with residents, families, and team members.
We have opportunities across AM, PM, Nights as well as full, part-time and casual opportunities.
What You'll Do
Deliver safe, effective and person-centred clinical care
Complete resident assessments, care planning and clinical documentation
Administer medications and monitor resident health outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, residents and families
Support and mentor care team members to deliver exceptional care
Contribute to continuous improvement and quality care initiatives
