Skills, qualifications and experience required:

• The Successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:
• Experience working in a high performing project team managing and contributing to project outcomes.
• Experience in building trusted & valued relationships with project team members, customers & partners.
• A high level of competence and experience in using Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work collaboratively with other Project team members and stakeholders, including below the line contactors and other Defence agencies.
• Managing work tasks that align with the project's strategic objectives and communicate expected outcomes.
• Experience working in a Defence environment.
• Experience in Defence Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools.
• Experience in drafting and preparing briefs, correspondence and reports.
• Recognised project management professional qualification (e.g. Australian Institute of Project Managers (AIPM)); and Understanding of the content of Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK) and its application the Defence project management environment and Project Management Methodology (PMMv2).

SFIA Skills Sought:
The definition, tailoring, implementation, assessment, measurement, automation and improvement of methods and tools to support planning, development, testing, operation, management and maintenance of systems. Ensuring methods and tools are adopted and used effectively throughout the organisation.
METL Level 3:
Provides support on the use of existing methods and tools. Configures methods and tools within a known context. Creates and updates the documentation of methods and tools.
