Enrolled Nurse

The role: ACH Group have multiple permanent part time shifts available for Enrolled Nurses to provide high quality clinical care and wellbeing at ACH Group homes.  Working closely together in a multidisciplinary team, you will attend to clinical matters, support Care Workers whilst ensuring that Residents have a good life through inventions that promote independence and decision making by individuals. What you’ll do: You will be responsible and accountable for high quality clinical practice Support the utmost wellbeing of residents Undertake nursing assessments and coordinate interventions Maintain accurate documentation Liaise with internal and external stakeholders including family members, Doctors, Registered Nurses, Care Workers and Allied Health Professionals to support residents About You! You are a talented and passionate Nurse.
