CRM Specialist - Platypus. Hype DC & SUBTYPE

ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a CRM Specialist to join the Digital Marketing team at Accent Group, supporting Hype DC, Platypus Shoes and SUBTYPE. This is a hands-on role responsible for delivering CRM and lifecycle marketing activity across email, SMS and automated customer journeys. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Build and manage customer segments within our Customer Data Platform (CDP) to support targeted email and SMS campaigns. Plan and execute weekly CRM campaigns aligned to key promotions, product launches and commercial objectives. Develop and optimise lifecycle journeys across the customer funnel, including welcome, onboarding, abandoned cart, abandoned browse and re-engagement. Manage campaign setup, testing and deployment across CRM channels, ensuring campaigns are delivered accurately and on time. Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, Buying and Planning teams to bring campaigns and product stories to life across CRM. Analyse campaign and customer performance, providing actionable insights to improve engagement, conversion and retention. Own the A/B testing roadmap across CRM, using insights to continuously optimise content, messaging and customer journeys. Manage creative briefing and design reviews for automated CRM campaigns, including ongoing optimisation of existing content. Monitor CRM and loyalty performance against business KPIs and identify opportunities for growth. Ensure all CRM activity complies with relevant privacy and spam legislation and best-practice data governance. Stay across emerging CRM, digital, AI and industry trends to identify new opportunities to enhance the customer experience. ABOUT YOU 3+ years’ experience in CRM, email marketing, digital marketing or a similar role. Hands-on experience with CRM, ESP and marketing automation platforms. Experience working with customer data and CDP platforms, including audience segmentation and personalisation. Strong analytical skills, with experience using tools such as GA4 and Looker Studio. Commercially minded, with a strong understanding of campaign performance and digital KPIs. Proven ability to manage multiple campaign types across acquisition, retention and win-back. Strong attention to detail and highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
