About the Role 

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Finance & Insurance Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. 

Working closely with our Sales team and customers, you will be responsible for delivering a professional and seamless finance and insurance experience while identifying opportunities to provide customers with the right financial and protection products. 

Your responsibilities will include: 

• Managing the end-to-end vehicle finance and insurance process 

• Understanding customer needs and presenting suitable finance and insurance options 

• Preparing and submitting finance applications 

• Building strong relationships with customers, lenders and internal teams 

• Ensuring all finance and insurance documentation is accurate and compliant 

• Achieving individual and dealership F&I targets 

• Delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the process 

About You 

We’re looking for someone who is: 

• Experienced in automotive Finance & Insurance (F&I) 

• Confident, professional and highly customer-focused 

• Motivated by achieving and exceeding targets 

• A strong communicator with excellent relationship-building skills 

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple applications and priorities 

• Knowledgeable of finance and insurance products and compliance requirements 

• Able to work effectively as part of a high-performing sales team 

• Hold a valid driver licence 

• Available to work Saturdays
