We're looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help grow SIXT's business customer portfolio across Queensland.

This is a permanent, full-time hybrid opportunity that can be based in Brisbane or the Gold Coast. 

Your Role

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth while managing and developing an existing portfolio of SME customers. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: 

• Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across Queensland. 
• Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, and relationship building. 
• Manage and grow an existing portfolio of customers, focusing on retention and revenue growth. 
• Conduct regular customer meetings, account reviews, and business development activities. 
• Build strong relationships with branch teams and internal stakeholders to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. 
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information within CRM systems. 
• Achieve sales, retention and customer growth targets across your territory. 

Your Skills

• 3+ years' experience in business development, sales or account management within a fast-paced environment. 
• Demonstrated success in winning new business and growing customer accounts. 
• Strong ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities simultaneously. 
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and proactively. 
• Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce will be highly regarded. 
• Experience within car rental, automotive, fleet management, travel or another B2B sales environment is advantageous.
