What's the role?
   
You'll be joining our dynamic sales team that's just been named Best New Marketing Company of the Year! Representing some of Australia’s biggest brands, you’ll be engaging and building relationships with customers face-to-face, developing real sales skills, and getting rewarded with uncapped bonuses.

We’re entering an exciting growth phase with significantly bigger budgets, new clients, team expansions - and we’re looking for driven people who want to grow with us.

Day to day:

• Engaging directly with customers on behalf of our brand partners
• Managing the full customer acquisition process, from initial contact to close
• Receiving structured coaching in sales,  leadership and communication
• Addressing customer queries thoughtfully and professionally
• Achieving weekly targets, with earnings reflecting individual performance

What We’re Seeking:

• Availability: Monday to Friday, with a commitment of 30+ hours per week.
• Drive: Goal oriented individuals who thrive on achieving success.
• Experience: Prior customer service experience is a plus but not vital.
• Mindset: Competitive & a willingness to learn.
