Minda is the largest not-for-profit disability service provider and employer in SA, providing advocacy, support and services to enable people living with an intellectual disability to live their best lives. We are seeking an energetic, commercially minded and highly autonomous People & Culture professional who combines strong employee and industrial relations expertise with a genuine passion for developing leadership capability.
You will be the person leaders turn to for guidance on their most complex people challenges, helping them build high-performing teams, navigate risk, strengthen accountability and make better decisions for their people.

Key ObjectivesPartner with leaders to provide strategic and operational advice across employee relations, industrial relations, performance management, investigations, grievances, and workforce planning. Coach and influence leaders to strengthen capability, accountability and confidence in decision making relating to managing people matters. Support significant organisational change initiatives, restructures and workforce transformation projects. Interpret enterprise agreements, workplace legislation and industrial instruments, balancing commercial outcomes with employee experience. Contribute to organisation-wide people strategies, leadership development initiatives and cultural transformation programs.Key RequirementsProven success in Business Partnering roles within a large, complex organisation with the ability to build sound relationships, trust and credibility based on your subject matter expertise.Ability to translate employee and industrial relations knowledge into practical outcomes, including the ability to navigate sensitive and high-risk matters with autonomy and confidence.Sound stakeholder management skills, and ability to influence leaders at all levels. A highly autonomous, proactive and solutions-focused approach with sound judgement for independent decision making. Experience supporting organisational change, leadership development and workforce capability uplift initiatives. Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or other relevant discipline. A strategic mindset, commitment to long term outcomes, and genuine passion for developing leaders and workplaces where people and performance thrive.
