What’s the role?

As a Business Banking Manager, you'll manage and grow an established portfolio of Small to Medium Enterprise customers across the Gold Coast region. Based on the Gold Coast and working full time, you'll spend your days building trusted relationships with local business owners, understanding what success looks like for their business, and connecting them with the banking solutions that can help them get there.

This is a highly visible role where you'll represent Westpac in market, strengthen existing customer relationships, and identify new opportunities to support businesses across the region. No two days are the same. One day you could be helping a business fund its next phase of growth, the next you'll be out in the community building new connections and expanding your network.

You'll be part of a team that's passionate about backing local businesses and helping communities thrive. 

What do I need?

• Experience building strong customer relationships within business or commercial banking
• Confidence structuring lending solutions and analysing business financial information
• Understanding of credit risk, compliance and responsible lending principles
• Strong stakeholder engagement and networking skills
• A proactive approach to growing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities
