Established in 2006, we’re a corporate health and fitness program partnering with the public sector, corporate employers, and leading fitness facilities across Australia and New Zealand, providing members with access to a wide range of gyms and wellness resources.

As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, Fitness Passport is executing an ambitious strategy while keeping our member experience a top priority.

The Role:

As a proud Brand Ambassador, you will be responsible for promoting our brand and products to the public by attending events and interacting with customers to increase brand awareness. On offer will be comprehensive training, a competitive hourly rate, and casual positions offering flexibility between Monday to Friday.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Professionally representing our brand of health + fitness with enthusiasm 
• Attending onsite events with our valued employer partners
• Answering FAQ and providing membership and network information
• Inspiring non-members to sign up to a fitness membership
• Recording details and providing feedback on customer preferences and trends

About You:

• Be familiar with or have a keen interest in learning about Fitness Passport
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with all sorts of people
• Demonstrate strong organisational skills and be willing to learn
• Have passion for fitness and healthy living
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Whilst previous experience in a similar role will be welcome, we are looking for people with the right attitude to join our team!
