Photographer & Retoucher

About The Role
Peppermayo is seeking a full-time Photographer & Retoucher to join our creative team on-site at our Surry Hills, NSW location. In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end production of high-quality e-commerce and campaign imagery. Shooting both in studio and on location, retouching images to meet brand standards, and adhering to post-production processes to ensure timely delivery of assets for digital platforms.
Additional responsibilities include organising imagery the hand-over schedule, maintaining photo equipment, setting up e-commerce studio lighting and collaborating with the creative team. This position is required to work from the office 4/5 days of the week with one company wide WFH day. The role also requires you to be available to travel to external locations and studios on shoot days as well as be flexible with working hours based around photoshoot run sheets where required.

Qualifications
Proficiency in photography, including using professional cameras and lighting equipment both in studio settings and on location. Highly skilled in in photo retouching (skin and garment), colour correction, and image optimizationStrong knowledge of Capture One, Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom software.Strong time management both on shoot and to meet post-production deadlinesHigh level of attention to detailAbility to collaborate with teams and take direction while adding creative inputUnderstanding of ecommerce photography trends and requirementsExperience shooting in both studio and natural light settings.
