Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create outstanding customer experiences.

• Conduct custom club fittings using the industry-leading Mi-Match fitting system.

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert sales advice.

• Liaise with suppliers regarding inventory management and customer orders.

• Receive, organise and replenish stock to maintain store presentation and availability.

• Maintain a clean, professional and welcoming retail and entertainment environment.

About you

• Have a genuine passion for golf and the golf industry.

• Possess strong retail sales skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

• Be confident, friendly and highly motivated, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Present professionally and take pride in your work.

• Be reliable, flexible and available to work a rotating 6-day roster, including Saturday work.

• Enjoy working as part of a team while also being able to work independently when required.

• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

• Golf equipment knowledge is highly desirable; experience performing golf club repairs is highly desirable.
