We have Casual Educator positions, based in the beautiful Brisbane Bayside, and is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of young children. As an Educator, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to children in an engaging and nurturing environment.

What you'll be doing

• Assist to plan and deliver educational programs that support the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of children

• Create a safe, inclusive and stimulating learning environment for children

• Observe and document children's progress, interests and developmental needs

• Collaborate with families to understand and meet the individual needs of each child

• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies

• Actively participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

What we're looking for

• Working towards Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or holding a qualification

• Previous experience working as an Educator in a childcare or early learning setting is preferred

• Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate learning experiences

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

• Passion for making a positive difference in the lives of young children
