Experienced Barista

About Us:

We are an exciting new café concept combining specialty coffee, fresh Vietnamese bánh mì, and fresh smoothies and juices. We focus on quality ingredients, excellent customer experience, and consistent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the coffee operations and barista team, ensuring high-quality drinks and consistency.

• Prepare specialty coffee, including Vietnam tradition coffee (Cà Phê Sữa Đá) , espresso drinks, and assist with smoothies, juices, bingsu as needed.

• Train and mentor junior baristas, maintaining workflow and service standards.

• Maintain and operate espresso machines, grinders, and other equipment.

• Monitor stock levels, assist shop manager place orders for coffee beans, milk, and other beverage supplies.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety standards.

• Work closely with Café Manager to coordinate workflow, menu updates, and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a barista with knowledge of specialty coffee and espresso drinks.

• Leadership experience or capability to manage and train a small team.

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Ability to maintain consistency and quality under high-volume conditions.

• Knowledge of coffee machine maintenance and troubleshooting.

• A Vietnamese background and understanding of their food and beverage culture would be a benefit
