Customer Account Manager - HVAC

 The Role

Based in Darwin and reporting to VAE’s Regional Manager - NT, you will lead a team of Service Technicians ensuring jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to standard; while managing customer relationships to support the growth of VAE’s portfolio in the Top End. Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and support a team of HVAC Service Technicians
• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and deliver agreed service levels
• Build trusted customer relationships and identify opportunities for additional service and project work
• Review quotations, job orders, timesheets, invoices and service documentation
• Monitor labour productivity, profitability and branch performance
• Partner with the Regional Manager NT to achieve revenue and customer satisfaction targets
• Champion safety, quality and continuous improvement

• Experience within HVAC (preferred), mechanical services, facilities management or another technical service industry
• A focus on safety, quality, accountability and team performance

• Excellent time management, organisation, attention to detail and communication skills
• The ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
