The Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will drive end-to-end sales for premium off-the-plan and completed apartments. You will manage leads, showcase our display suite, and guide purchasers seamlessly through to settlement.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Leads: Meet sales KPIs by managing database leads, cold calls, live chats, and display suite appointments.
• Channel Management: Nurture and expand external Sales Agent Channel partners and assist them with buyer inspections.
• Customer Journey: Provide premium customer service from first greeting through to valuations, inspections, and final settlement.
• Operations & CRM: Maintain strict CRM data integrity, run competitor analysis, and coordinate with builders regarding defect rectifications.
• Collaboration: Partner with Marketing on campaigns and support sales functions and launch events.

 
Skills and Experience

• Licence: Current Real Estate Agent Licence is mandatory.
• Experience: 5+ years as a Sales Executive with a proven track record in off-the-plan apartment sales.
• Systems: Proficient in MS Office and experienced with CRM systems.
• Attributes: Self-starter with strong prospecting skills, excellent communication, and a sharp customer service focus.
