Same Day Trades is a rapidly growing, family-owned home services business providing plumbing, electrical and air conditioning services to Australian homeowners.

With around 50 team members across Adelaide and Perth, 3,000+ online reviews and Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney in our sights, we're building a national business — and we're looking for great people who want to grow with us.

Our mission is simple: to empower our people so that we can give Australian homeowners peace of mind through same-day, friendly and professional home services.

We're looking for a high-energy Customer Service & Sales professional to join our team in the western suburbs of Adelaide.

This isn't a passive call-taking role. Our customers are calling because they need help. Your number one priority is to build rapport, create confidence and turn inbound enquiries into booked jobs while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Job Description

• Answer inbound calls, build rapport and convert hot leads into booked jobs

• Handle customer enquiries and provide friendly, professional service

• Take ownership of customer complaints from start to finish

• Manage incoming emails and booking enquiries

• Allocate bookings and assist with technician schedules

• Liaise with our technicians and office team

• Complete aftercare and general administrative duties

What We're Looking For

• Minimum one year of experience in a phone-based role

• Confident, energetic and professional phone manner

• Sales-minded with a genuine love of talking to people

• Reliable, career-driven and ready to take ownership

• Empathetic and confident handling customer complaints

• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Available between 7am–7pm Monday–Friday for a typical 8-hour working day, with overtime when required
