About The Role

Leveraging strong clinical knowledge and commercial expertise, the Sales Representative will drive growth across an established territory, partnering with Surgeons and Healthcare Professionals to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional outcomes. Representing Arthrex's market-leading Sports Medicine portfolio, you will build trusted customer relationships, grow market share, and contribute to the continued success of the business.

Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

Developing effective relationships and liaising with Surgeons and Theatre staff; promoting the sale of products/solutions that addresses customer’s pain points Identifying customer needs and optimising on opportunities including generating leads and presenting product informationProviding in-theatre clinical support during cases, delivering in-servicing for customers, and supporting new product launchesDeveloping and implementing strategic territory sales and performance plans

About The Requirements

Successful sales track record in Trauma, Sports Medicine, Orthopaedic or Surgical/Theatre salesDegree Qualifications in Health Science or related disciplineStrong team orientation, and a long term, relationship-based sales approachAbility to think strategically and constructively challenge customersExcellent communication, time management and prioritisation skills
