House Supervisor – Warrnambool (Part time)

Southern Stay Disability Services is a leading disability service provider in the southwest of Victoria.

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate individual to lead the delivery of high quality, person-centred active support, in our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, located in Warrnambool. This is a great role that encompasses both administrative responsibilities and direct support hours with roster hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.

As the House Supervisor you will:

• Provide Frontline leadership to a team of disability support workers

• Leadership or supervisory experience is preferred but not essential for this House Supervisor role

• Oversee the daily operations of the SIL homes, ensuring alignment with resident's needs, organisational policy and NDIS guidelines.

• Foster a positive and empowering home environment for residents and staff

What we're looking for:

• Strong leadership and communication skills within the Community or Disability Sector

• A commitment to person centred supports

• Digital literacy

• Availability for sleepover and weekend shifts

• Certificate IV in Disability is required for this position
