Administration Support Officer - Residential Care

Ozcare has an opportunity available for an Administration Support Officer at our Home Hill Aged Care Facility.

Your Role

You'll be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team who provide professional and efficient support to the team. This role is inclusive of weekend work.

Your tasks will include:

• General administrative support duties (including general reception, answering phones, emails etc)
• Management of incoming and outgoing mail
• Providing advice and information on Ozcare's products and services
• Preparing detailed documents
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation

You will have:

• Excellent time management skills
• Available weekends
• A professional phone manner
• The willingness to go the extra mile
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• The ability to work autonomously and ensure your tasks are completed on time
• Must have extensive rostering experience and be available to work a rotating roster
• Aged care experience an advantage

Role Requirements

• Current Police Screening Certificate
• Current Queensland drivers' licence
• Certificate IV in Administration or equivalent experience
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
