Beck Group is seeking a full-time Customer Service professional to specialise in their precious metals team. In this role, you'll provide outstanding service to clients selling or refining precious metals, accurately calculate values, costs and turnaround timeframes, and prepare clear instructions for the manufacturing team. You'll play a key part in ensuring all customers' requirements are understood and communicated with precision.
What’s involved:Deliver friendly and professional customer service to a diverse range of clients.Communicate clearly with customers and accurately relay information.Process customer orders and provide timely follow-up throughout the process.Calculate measurements, quantities, pricing and turnaround timeframes with accuracyUse strong numerical skills to verify orders and confirm product requirementsCommunicating with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are understoodMaintain accurate documentation and recordsAssist with general administration as required
