Our premier client is seeking highly skilled and experienced Telecommunication Technicians to join their dynamic team. Ideal candidates will have a solid background in telecommunications systems, installations, and maintenance, with a commitment to safety and quality. The primary responsibility will be to ensure the efficient operation, installation, and servicing of telecommunication networks while adhering to industry standards.

To be considered for this role, applicants must:

• Have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Telecommunication Technician.
• Provide supporting documents such as payslips, proof of employment, a valid passport, and police clearances.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain telecommunication systems, including fibre optic, coaxial, and wireless networks.
• Conduct routine inspections, testing, and repairs on telecommunication equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine proper network layout and installation procedures.
• Collaborate with engineers and other technical personnel to improve system performance and resolve complex issues.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and industry regulations during installation and maintenance tasks.
• Maintain detailed records of work performed, including service reports and equipment logs.
• Provide training and guidance to junior technicians on proper techniques and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in telecommunication system installation and maintenance.
• Relevant certifications in telecommunications or technical training from a recognised institution.
• Familiarity with various telecommunications standards and protocols.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Physical fitness to handle equipment and perform fieldwork.
• Proficiency in English for clear communication with team members and clients.
