Looking for a job that's a little more fun than the usual?  At NRMA Ocean Beach Holiday Resort, we're looking for energetic, outgoing and guest-focused team members to join our Guest Experience team.

From poolside safety and trivia to helping guests create unforgettable holiday memories, you'll be right in the middle of the action. No two days are the same and that's exactly what makes this role so rewarding.

• Multiple casual opportunities available
• Flexible shifts between 7:00am and 9:30pm

What You'll Do

As part of our Guest Experience team, you'll help deliver activities, supervise guest areas and create memorable moments for families holidaying with us.

Your day-to-day may include:

• Delivering and assisting with guest activities and holiday programs
• Supervising pool areas and ensuring a safe environment for guests
• Engaging with guests throughout the resort and encouraging participation in activities
• Setting up and packing down activity spaces and equipment
• Assisting guests with enquiries and providing exceptional customer service
• Creating a welcoming, inclusive and fun environment for guests of all ages
• Supporting the wider resort team during busy holiday periods

• Ability to run outdoor activities and entertainment for large groups.
• Cool under pressure and ready for the fast pace of peak periods.
• Happy to take the spotlight, whether it’s on the mic or joining in the fun.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine love of making people smile.
• Reliability and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays and school holiday periods
• Pool Attendants: Must be 16+ and hold a current First Aid and CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
