The Role
Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for ensuring the financial health of our network of 41 kindergartens and childcare centres and leading our expansion strategy in Melbourne’s fast-growing western suburbs.
With the Victorian Government’s nation-leading ‘Best Start, Best Life’ policy, free universal education for every 3-year-old and 4-year-old is becoming a reality. BPA’s CFO will play a key role in ensuring our organisation delivers its part in this ambitious goal while remaining financially sustainable.
BPA is undertaking a substantial transformation program to bring its systems and processes up to a higher-level. An appetite for contributing to this program and driving change across our 41 centres is essential.

You will love this role if you bring:
Strong experience in a CFO or equivalent role in the early learning sector or another highly-regulated human services sector organisation.A customer-service mindset with proven ability to ensure managers at all levels are well informed on financial matters and equipped with the information & insights they need to make good decisions.A ‘roll the sleeves up’, ‘get things done’ operating style.Current membership of CPA / CA Australia Valid VIC Working with Children Check Card Current National Police Clearance Current Open Driving License
