About the Role

You will work with children and families across the Gold Coast, Tweed and NSW Northern Rivers regions, delivering assessment and intervention services within an evidence-based Key Worker and Early Childhood Intervention framework.

Our client base primarily includes:

• Children aged 0-12 years
• NDIS participants
• Early intervention clients
• Children with developmental delays
• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Speech, language and communication disorders
• Motor speech disorders
• Social communication challenges
• Feeding and swallowing needs

Services are delivered in a variety of settings including:

• Clinic
• Home
• Community
• Early childhood settings
• Schools

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments
• Develop and implement individualised intervention plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services
• Build the capacity of families and caregivers
• Collaborate with educators, health professionals and community supports
• Work within a transdisciplinary Key Worker model
• Maintain high-quality documentation and reports
• Contribute to service improvement and innovation

Who We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced clinician who is passionate about helping children and families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Speech Pathology
• Eligibility for Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status
• Minimum 7 years' experience
• Experience working with children and families
• Strong clinical reasoning skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Current Driver Licence
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain)
