Northpark Private Hospital, Bundoora is seeking a compassionate and experienced Nurse Unit Manager to lead our 26-bed adult Mental Health Unit.
About the role:
Are you a values-driven leader with a passion for mental health and a strong commitment to recovery-oriented practice?
In this key leadership role, you will champion the delivery of recovery-oriented, trauma-informed and person-centred care, ensuring consumers are supported in a safe, respectful and empowering environment. You will lead a dedicated multidisciplinary team to promote hope, autonomy, dignity, and collaborative care, while maintaining excellence in clinical outcomes and operational performance.

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Healthscope - VIC / HVRN- Nurses and Midwives Agreement – NUM classification $70.9360.
