Australian Clinical Labs is a leading provider of diagnostic services, delivering high-quality care to communities across Australia. Due to continued growth, we are seeking compassionate and professional Pathology Collectors to join our Perth metro team.

We welcome both experienced collectors and those who have recently completed a Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection.

About the Role

You will play a key role in delivering safe, accurate and patient-focused collection services, ensuring a positive experience for every patient.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform venepuncture and collect blood and non-blood specimens

• Ensure accurate patient identification, labelling and documentation

• Prepare, store and dispatch specimens in line with requirements

• Maintain a clean and safe collection environment

• Deliver excellent customer service and patient care

• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals

• Follow all safety, privacy and quality procedures

Skills & Experience

•  Certificate III or IV in Pathology Collection (or relevant experience)

• Strong clinical knowledge and attention to detail

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good organisational and time management skills

• Basic computer skills

• Professional, empathetic approach

• Current immunisation requirements
