Plant Operator - Geraldton Based

Operational Duties:

Operate small plant and equipment, including the DUGLESS 900, skid steer, mini excavator, forklifts and other assigned machinery.

Perform minor works, including site preparation, basic earthmoving, and small-scale concrete pours.

Perform duties on client sites, including mining and civil environments, while adhering to site specific safety and access protocols.

Demonstrated experience in operating small plant and equipment, such as skid steers, mini excavators, and forklifts.

Comply with all workplace health and safety regulations, site specific protocols, OSH guidelines, and company safety policies.

Required:

Skid Steer ticket

Forklift licence

HRWL

Drivers licence

White Card

Pass D & A + pre employment medical

Collaborate effectively with other operators, crew members, and site personnel to achieve shared goals.

Uphold a high standard of professionalism, integrity, and accountability across all aspects of the role.

Comply with the Company's values, policies, and procedures at all times, both on-site and during client engagements.

Use SiteDocs as the primary platform for managing and submitting all relevant documentation, including timesheets, leave applications, pre-start checks, Job Hazard Analyses (JHA's), Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and other safety-related records in accordance with Company policy.

Pay: $40.00 – $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38.0 – 60.0 per week

Work Location: In person
