Multi‑Skilled Operator | Bowen Basin | $55–$65 per hour | 7/7 FIFO

🛠️ Opportunity: Long‑term mine‑site gig running proper gear — graders, dozers, loaders, diggers, trucks, water carts, the lot. Real variety, clean roads, good supervisors, and a 7/7 roster that actually gives you a life.

🎓 Experience: Need tickets across 2–3 machines and solid time in coal, civil, or mining. If you can jump in, push dirt, shape drains, clean up oil floors, and keep roads tidy without being told twice, you’re the bloke we want.

💰 Benefits: $55–$65/hr + site allowances + OT. 12‑hour D/N shifts. FIFO or DIDO. Pathways into perm, service truck, haul truck, or production roles. Good crew, no egos, no passengers.

📜 Extras: Grading haul roads, shaping drains, drill pad clean‑ups, oil terrace work, and general site maintenance. Flexible roster, ongoing work, and a company that actually promotes operators who show up and crack on.
