Scheduler - Aged Care at Home

As a Scheduler, you will be responsible for coordinating a mobile workforce across the Cairns region, ensuring the right care employee is assigned to the right client at the right time while maximising service coverage, workforce utilisation and client outcomes.

Your Role

As a scheduler you will be looking after the most important people in our organisation – our clients. Your tasks will include:

• Schedule the provision of care services to clients
• Enter data to meet internal and external funding requirements
• Maintain confidentiality of information pertaining to clients, carers, employees of Ozcare
• Schedule the appropriate employees to suit the needs of the clients in accordance with directions from the Service Delivery Manager
• Actively participate in and contribute to workplace quality improvement activities
