Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Mackay, QLD, responsible for overseeing daily operations, staff performance, and customer service at the branch. This position manages sales activities, monitors inventory levels, and ensures timely procurement and accurate stock control of welding and industrial products. The Branch Manager leads and supports the branch team, sets clear performance expectations, and coordinates work schedules to maintain smooth and efficient operations. Responsibilities include building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing quotes, negotiating pricing within guidelines, and resolving service issues promptly.
