Real Estate Property Manager

Are you a motivated Property Manager ready to take your career to the next level!

We are looking for a motivated and organised Residential Property Manager to join our award-winning team. You will be responsible for managing a dedicated portfolio of properties, acting as the primary link between property owners and tenants. This role offers a mix of office-based administration and on-site inspections, providing a dynamic work environment.

Your role

• Portfolio Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of your assigned residential portfolio.

• Leasing & Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end leasing process, including marketing vacancies, conducting open house inspections, and screening potential tenants.

• Maintenance Coordination: Act as the first point of contact for maintenance requests, liaising with a network of trusted tradespeople to ensure timely repairs.

• Financial Management: Manage arrears and rent reviews

• Inspections & Reports: Conduct regular routine inspections, as well as ingoing and outgoing condition reports.

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in property management

• Licensing: Current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Full Licence.

• Software Savvy: Proficiency in property management platforms (e.g. Property Tree, Inspection Manager or similar) and Microsoft Office.

• Communication: Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills for managing tenant and owner expectations.

• Organization: High-level time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

• Valid Driver’s Licence: A current full driver's license and a reliable vehicle are essential.
