Head of Admissions
Toowoomba Grammar School (TGS) is seeking an experienced Head of Admissions to join the team. Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of the School's admissions and enrolment processes, the Head of Admissions ensures prospective families experience a professional, timely and personalised journey from initial enquiry through to commencement.
The role works collaboratively with key stakeholders to support enrolment growth across day, boarding and international student markets, while managing admissions administration, family engagement, pipeline activity and reporting to help achieve the School's enrolment objectives. Through effective relationship management and the use of enrolment data, the role contributes to attracting, enrolling and retaining students across the School.
Experience in school admissions and/or international student recruitment is highly desirable.
About TGS
Founded in 1875, TGS is a member school of the Great Public Schools Association of Queensland (GPS). It is an independent non-denominational day and boarding school for boys with a total enrolment of 1,100 from Preparatory to Year 12. There are approximately 300 boarders in the School coming predominantly from throughout Queensland, Northern New South Wales and the Northern Territory. The School’s campus covers 20.5 hectares and is located one kilometre from the centre of Toowoomba.

About the Position
Reporting to the Headmaster through the Deputy Headmaster, the Head of Admissions is responsible for contributing to the School’s enrolment strategy, admissions operations and family engagement initiatives to support sustainable enrolment growth, conversion and retention.
