About the role
Join a growing Wagga Wagga print business in a varied role combining customer service, quoting, artwork and digital print production.
Key responsibilities
Liaising and assisting customers with printing enquiries
Preparation and management of quotes through our job management software
Check artwork and prepare files for printing
Setting up and operating digital printing equipment including our new Ricoh Pro C9500
Load and unload stock and finished goods safely and efficiently
Inspection and procedural checks to ensure the best quality is delivered to our customers
Workflow and job management
Assisting other team members with tasks as required throughout the business
Maintaining a clean workspace
About you
Experience using Adobe Acrobat, InDesign and Illustrator would be an advantage, but is not essential
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident and efficient with computers, with the ability to learn new software quickly
Technically minded and enjoy learning new machinery
Ability to handle multiple jobs at a time from request to delivery
A reliable, positive and team-focused attitude
Must have full working rights to work in Australia
