The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Client Manager to join our fast-paced Brisbane Community Vet Clinic on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the reception team to provide exceptional customer service.Coordinate client bookings, admissions, and discharges to ensure smooth clinic operations.Communicate effectively with other departments and share relevant information.Build strong client relationships through regular communication and support.Review and approve veterinarian recommendations for financial assistance per policy.Report on daily activities and suggest ways to improve processes.

Essential Skills And Attributes

4+ years’ experience in a similar client management or leadership role.Strong computer literacy, attention to detail, and proven ability to organise and prioritise effectively.Exceptional emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills to manage client escalations.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to recommend process improvements.A positive, flexible, and versatile approach to work.Proven ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
