About the Role
As a project administrator, you will serve as the engine room for our commercial processes. You'll manage contract reviews, maintain clear documentation, and ensure our projects run smoothly from execution to delivery.

What You’ll Be DoingContract Review & Oversight: Review supplier, customer, and subcontractor contracts prior to sign-off, flagging potential risks or non-standard terms.Notices & Communication: Prepare standard notices (delays, extensions of time, supply updates) and keep open lines of communication between project teams, suppliers, and clients.Systems & Admin: Maintain active contract registers, update standard templates, and ensure strict document control.Reporting: Keep key operational stakeholders updated on contract milestones, compliance requirements, and potential risks.
What We’re Looking ForExperience: Background in an administrative role (within construction, manufacturing, or a related sector is advantageous).Sharp Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies, keep thorough records, and maintain rigorous compliance.Communication: Clear, confident, and professional verbal and written communication skills.Tech-savvy: Comfortable with standard office software with a positive, can-do attitude towards adopting new processes as the company grows and evolves.Problem-Solving Mindset: Sound critical thinking skills with the confidence to flag concerns before they become issues.
